Joseph (Joe) Celotto, CRPC™ is a Managing Director and Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Guilford, Connecticut. He is a member of the Webb McCormack Celotto & O’Neil Wealth Management Group, where he works closely with individuals, families, business owners, and organizations to help them develop personalized financial strategies and pursue their long-term goals.

With nearly three decades of experience in financial services, Joe provides guidance on investment management, retirement planning, and wealth strategies tailored to each client’s priorities and life stage. His team’s client-focused approach emphasizes understanding each client’s goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon in order to build thoughtful, goals-based financial plans.

Joe holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™) designation and is registered to provide advisory services in multiple states. He and his team have also been recognized by Forbes as part of the Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams.

As the father of a transgender son, Joe is personally committed to supporting inclusive and affirming communities. He proudly supports ALEX (Advocacy, Love, Education, and Support) Inc. and Guilford Pride and serves on the ALEX Advisory Board so he can help advance the organization’s mission of building connection and belonging along the Connecticut shoreline.
